Easy Vegan Recipes
THAI TOFU CURRY
ALL YOU NEED IS:
- 500gm Hard Tofu
- Stir Fry Vegetables
- 400 ml of Coconut Cream
- Add 300 ml of water to the Thai Tofu complete curry mix to make a paste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat 5 tbls of oil in a wok, stir fry 500g of Tofu and vegetables
- Add the paste and coconut cream . Simmer until it’s ready

EGGPLANT AND POTATO
ALL YOU NEED IS:
- 500g diced eggplant
- 400g diced potato
- Mix the eggplant and potato curry into 500ml if water, to make a paste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add 3 – 4 tbls of oil in a pot and cook the paste for a few minutes
- Add the diced eggplant and potatoes and cook until tender.
CHICKPEAS CURRY
ALL YOU NEED IS:
- 1.2L of water
- Mix the Chickpeas Curry Mix with 1.2L of water, in a cooking pot,
- Soak for a minimum of 8 hours
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add 4 – 5tbls of oil in the post and bring the curry to a boil
- Turn the heat low and cook until chickpeas are soft. Add water if needed

BUTTER CHICKEN
ALL YOU NEED IS:
- 500-700G Soy Vegan Chicken
- 300 ml Vegan Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the Butter Chicken complete curry mix into 400ml of water, to make a paste
- Add 3 – 4 tbls oil and cook soy chicken till brown. Add the paste and simmer
- Add the 300ml if Vegan cream and simmer. Butter chicken is now ready to be served
- Eat it with the Paratha
CHICKEN CURRY
ALL YOU NEED IS:
- 500G Soy Vegan Chicken
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the complete Curry Mix to 400ml of water to make a paste
- Add 3 -4 tbls oil and cook soy chicken until brown
- Add the paste and simmer until cooked. Your Chicken curry is ready to be served
- Eat it with the Paratha
MASSAMAN CURRY
ALL YOU NEED IS:
- ALL YOU NEED IS: 500G Vegan Lamb or Beef
- 300G Boiled Potatoes
- 300ml Coconut Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the Massaman complete mix into 400ml of water, to make a paste
- Add 3 – 4 tbls of oil in a pot and cook Soy Beef or Lamb until brown
- Add the paste and boiled potatoes
- Add coconut cream and simmer.
- Eat it with the Paratha
VINDALOO
ALL YOU NEED IS:
- ALL YOU NEED IS: 500-700g Vegan Lamb or Beef
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the Vindaloo complete curry mix into 400ml of water, to make a paste
- Add 3 – 4 tbls oil and cook the Vegan Lam or Bee till brown
- Add paste and simmer,. Your curry is ready to be served
- Eat it with the Paratha
JACKFRUIT KORMA
ALL YOU NEED IS:
- 500-700 Green Jackfruit
- 250 ml Vegan Yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the Jackfruit Korma into 400ml of water, to make a paste
- Add 3 – 4 tbls of oil in a pot and cook the jackfruit till brown. Add Paste
- Add vegan yogurt (Optional: substitute with cashew nut paste) and simmer
PARATHA
DO NOT DEFROST –Panfry both sides without cooking oil in a preheated non-stick pan for about 3 minutes until golden brown
