- 150g Lamyong Vegetarian Prawns
- 30g Vegetarian Balachan Chilli Sauce
- 30ml Vegetable oil or peanut oil
- 2 Sliced red chili (seed removed) or Chilli flakes for sprinkling
- 20g Roasted peanut
Heat oil in pan. Add Lamyong Vegetarian Prawns and cook for 1 min.
Add Vegetarian Balachan Chilli sauce and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir fry for 1min.
Serve Spicy Vegetarian Sambal Prawns on place. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts and fresh chilli or chilli flakes
Serve warm with rice.
